Hi there! My name is Olya and I’m a design consultant, writer and overall creative generalist focused on websites, apps and branding.

Originally from Belarus, I grew up in America, where I first began my career as a journalist, and later went on to grad school to study the role of trust in online spaces. 

Trust cues come from all kinds of details: from photo resolution and logo composition, all the way to spelling errors. Even if these details aren’t consciously spotted by users, they still profoundly impact trust.
