Proof is an app targeted toward visual designers and project managers who work in the food packaging industry. Its mission is to both streamline the legal vetting process for nutritional information, as well as help ensure that packaging mocks stay true to said information after any number of creative iterations.

 

In addition to creative direction, my contributions included helping design a completely custom hi-fi user interface, pairing with a supporting designer to scale it up, and creating a range of novel interactions to meet the needs established by our UX research lead.

As the app was being developed fully from scratch, I worked closely with the client and with my teammates to maintain a consistent vision, pace the project and brainstorm both MVP and future functionality with the client.

Tasked with helping conceptualize, from scratch, a fitness app aimed at remote diet and workout coaching. Working as the team’s sole designer, I created a range of wireframes and hi-fidelity mocks at every stage of the design process, capturing the client’s most ambitious ideas about how fitness and diet data could be visualized in new and unorthodox ways.

Greenwave

Role: Creative Director, interaction designer, UX interviewer

Agency: GoodFolk

Supported by a UX designer, UX researcher, and a slew of very talented engineers, I worked on helping GreenWave develop an original web app serving regenerative ocean farming. The platform has two main goals: to educate interested parties in the nuances of ocean farming, and to help guide them through every step of registration and set up.

In addition to doing my usual go-to tasks of securing the universal navigation, ensuring the UX and UI were client-ready, and helping negotiate the style guide and visual direction between the design team and client, I also personally conducted a series of user interviews in collaboration with the GreenWave team.

Since GreenWave ultimately underwent a rebrand, which was expected at the project’s kick-off, the designs shown on this page are a few phases behind the current website, linked above.
